Selection of furniture, fixtures, finishes (FF&E)

Step 3. Sourcing & Procurement

Obtain quotations from contractors
Obtain quotations from suppliers
Order and track furniture, fixtures, and materials throughout
Coordinate lead times and deliveries

Step 4. Site Management & Coordination

Work with contractors onsite
Site visits and supervision where required
Address construction issues or design adjustments
Ensure timeline is on track

Step 5. Installation

Final deliveries and furniture placement
Styling and accessorising
Quality checks
Walk-through with yourself
Final invoices and documentation
Handover your new home!
